With 35 years of experience, Graphtex has mastered the art of producing durable, environment-specific nameplates with a wide variety of materials. Aluminum nameplates, brass nameplates, copper nameplates, steel nameplates, polycarbonate nameplates, polyester nameplates, vinyl nameplates, and polypropylene nameplates are just some of the types we produce everyday. Our ability to ship thousands of labels and nameplates without our customers having to waste time and money sorting through
Textured, Hardcoated, and custom finish nameplates:
We often finish plastic nameplates with solvent-system hardcoats, UV textures and overprints. Overlaminates, like adhesive-backed Mylar®, can provide your label or nameplate with added protection. Graphtex’ sales staff can provide you with recommendations on the appropriate choice for your company’s application.
Anodized aluminum nameplates and labels:
Anodized aluminum provides a much harder surface for processing than raw aluminum. Aluminum oxide is produced on the surface of a sheet of raw aluminum, becoming aluminum hydrate, which is highly scratch- and tarnish-resistant. The anodized layer of aluminum is porous, which makes it a perfect medium for nameplates that require color dyeing and sealing.
When an application calls for an extremely durable aluminum nameplate, Graphtex often uses Metalphoto® to produce a high-quality photoetched nameplate. Metalphoto® products can be customized for any project.
